What is included and how does payment work?
Inclusions depend on the chosen itinerary. Morning Vietnam generally lists transport from the applicable tour hub, scheduled meals, accommodation on multi-day routes, planned activities, Unlock challenges and a dedicated host. Flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are normally excluded unless a specific tour page says otherwise.
No payment is taken when the booking request is submitted. After availability is confirmed, usually within 24 hours, Morning Vietnam requests a deposit. The balance is due 14 days before departure. What are the cancellation and weather policies?
Guests may cancel up to 14 days before departure for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made seven to 14 days before departure receive a 50 percent refund. Within seven days, the payment is not refundable, although Morning Vietnam may offer a rebooking option where possible.
Tours continue in most weather conditions, with safety taking priority. If conditions become unsuitable, the team may adapt the route or arrange an alternative activity. Mountain rain and changing conditions can be part of the adventure, but guests should follow the host's instructions and review route-specific information before travelling.
