A Family Kitchen Near Cua Dai Beach
Longs Kitchen is a small family-run restaurant at 9A Lac Long Quan in Hoi An Dong, on the road toward Cua Dai Beach. The family has cooked here since 1998, following recipes and techniques passed down by Mama Long.
The restaurant opens daily from 09:00 to 22:00, with the kitchen accepting final orders until 21:30. Cua Dai Beach is about 1.5 kilometres away, while Hoi An Ancient Town is approximately 5 kilometres from the restaurant.
Walk-in guests are welcome, and tables can also be reserved by telephone. The relaxed dining room suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups who want an authentic Vietnamese meal away from the busiest streets.
Hoi An Recipes Taught by Mama Long
The kitchen focuses on dishes associated with Hoi An and central Vietnam. Fresh herbs from Tra Que, thick Cao Lau noodles, White Rose dumplings, clay-pot fish and charcoal-grilled flavours express the character of the local menu.
Every morning begins with broth, fresh ingredients and the same family recipes used over many years. Guests can also choose Hoi An chicken rice, Banh Xeo, My Quang, spring rolls, salads, seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes.

Restaurant Dining and Cooking Experiences
Longs Kitchen welcomes solo travellers, couples, families and groups for relaxed dining close to Cua Dai Beach. The menu includes Vietnamese specialities alongside vegetarian choices, drinks and familiar international dishes, making it easy for mixed groups to find suitable options.
A hands-on cooking class takes place every morning from 10:00 to 12:30. Participants visit the market, prepare four Vietnamese dishes and eat their work together.
