Hue will turn Thuong Bac Park into a large riverside food venue from 23 to 26 July 2026 for Hue – Culinary Capital 2026. This year's theme is Hue Beef Noodle, or Bun bo Hue, Day. The four-day programme takes place in Phu Xuan Ward beside the Perfume River and is one of the highlighted events in the Hue Festival 2026 series. Around 80 food booths are planned, bringing together vendors from Hue and other parts of Vietnam.
